Project planning

Our process begins with a short questionnaire to you, allowing us to get a good understanding of your beautiful love story and to what details and elements are truly important to you on your big day.

Based on this, a no-obligation video/phone chat is set up so we can get to know each other. An initial planning session will help answer any questions you may have, including vendor recommendations, event styling etc.

Once you decide we can help you, we will send you a contract agreement to sign, so we can properly reserve the date for your wedding and begin work.

We will create a detailed timeline for important milestones and due dates, and show you the progress you can look forward to.

We are the first point of contact for all your vendors and anything else that needs to be taken care of. We attend meetings on your behalf and respond to relevant emails and correspondence regarding your wedding event in Santorini. In addition, we will be responsible for paperwork, logistics, contracts with vendors and all necessary due diligence during the planning phase.

We accept only a limited number of weddings per season, in order to provide each couple with the best service and full attention for your special event.
